NuVu Underwriting Iberia S.L. (NIF B88229232, located at José Abascal, 56 -2º Madrid 28003, Spain) is an Underwriting Agency, registered with the Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones, with registration number AS0094.
NuVu Underwriting Iberia S.L. and NuVu Underwriting Europe Lda (hereinafter NuVu) are the owners of the website https://www.nuvu.es and are responsible for the files generated with the personal data provided by users through this website.
The collection and processing of Personal Data is for the purpose of maintaining the relationship established between NuVu and its CUSTOMERS,advice on the contracting, management and administration of insurance contracts, benefits derived from the same, (for which it is possible that such data may include information about health); as well as the sending, by traditional and electronic means, of technical, operational and commercial information about products and services offered by NuVu, currently and in the future.
The processing is necessary for the fulfilment of the obligations arising from the insurance contracts entered into by the CLIENT with the insurance companies through the intermediation of NuVu, as well as for the correct management of the transfer of risks to the insurance companies. We inform you that the personal data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship. Once the contractual relationship has ended, we will keep this data blocked for the purposes of legal obligations, until the end of the legal limitation periods.
Likewise, the CLIENT consents to the transfer of the data to the Insurance Companies and/or other Brokerage Companies, whether they are part of the NuVu Group or not, for the issuing of the relevant insurance contracts and the correct services derived from the same.
The personal data requested must be provided in order for the CLIENT to be able to access the aforementioned services, as they are considered necessary for their maintenance and fulfilment.
The CUSTOMER is also informed that he/she may at any time exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability in relation to the personal data provided, by contacting NuVu, as the party responsible for the processing of said data, at the address indicated at the top of this document or via this website https://www.nuvu.es. https://www.nuvu.es
For any complaint or claim regarding the processing of personal data, the CUSTOMER may contact the SPANISH DATA PROTECTION AGENCY, with address in Madrid, C/ Jorge Juan, 6, Postal Code 28010 – https://www.agpd.es
The CLIENT expressly consents to the processing in the terms indicated, for which he/she expressly accepts the processing. It is understood that the user accepts the conditions set out above if he/she presses the “SEND” button found on the data collection forms.
The nature of this consent is not irrevocable, and the CUSTOMER may withdraw it at any time he/she deems appropriate, which shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on this consent prior to such withdrawal.
